Dwight Barnett

Dwight Barnett – Every passing moment is a singular, unique flash of light and life, never to come again. All of us witness momentary glimpses of highlight and shadow, mood and attitude, color and contrast, drama and life that we wish we could share. I am fortunate enough to be a photographer. As such, I have more opportunities in time and place to capture these moments. I like to believe that my photographic images archive a few of the passing moments that would otherwise be lost forever to the spirits of time.

Patrick Mohn

Patrick Allen Mohn – Patrick has a passion for creating landscapes and wildlife images. His photographs have appeared in New Mexico Magazine, Santa Fean, Pasatiempo, and other publications. His work has been exhibited many times in galleries in Santa Fe, Albuquerque, Cerrillos and Madrid, New Mexico. He also has a portfolio of portraits and weddings. He especially likes to photograph children, as evidenced by Children of Northeastern Brazil; Body, Soul and Homeland, a joint exhibit with his son, Elijah. This exhibit was represented on television, and Patrick co-produced a documentary of the same name from his and Elijah's video footage, which also appeared on television. "Sometimes, while experiencing pure nature, or looking into the eyes of a child, I sense something not quite discernable to my eyes. My best photographs depict these experiences." Framed and unframed prints of his work are available.

Andrew Neighbor

Andrew Neighbour – With the advent and evolution of photography and the more recent digital media revolution, our ability to notice and appreciate our surroundings has been challenged. Television, movies, magazines, even videophones bombard us with images every waking moment of our lives. In my work, I attempt to focus on the signal within the noise; to extract the beauty from the mundane; to identify the rhythms and patterns buried within the complexity that comprises our hectic and over stimulated world. My artistic journey began as an adolescent photographer seeking a creative outlet to balance academic and scientific pursuits through school and college before establishing a career in research and business. In later life, I took up painting in oils and pastels and, over the past two or three years, I have returned once again to my photographic roots. Recent digital innovations have provided me with a unique and innovative medium in which I can bring a painterly approach to the photographic arts. Whether through straight photography, painting with brushes or through use of a digitizer and a computer, I strive to focus the viewer's attention on the beautiful and the sublime that might otherwise go unnoticed on the crowded canvas of our lives.
